Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, business or operational background preferred; MBA a plus.
• 5–7+ years of experience with procurement systems and analytic tools (e.g. SAP R3, EBP, Business Warehouse, Excel, Power BI).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel required; Power BI or similar tools preferred).
• Working knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain principles, and financial concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze global procurement and supply chain metrics.
• Provide analytical insights to support sourcing strategies and cost optimization.
• Support and optimize requisition-to-payment (R2P) processes.
• Partner with Global Commodity/Category Managers for data-driven supplier decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to design and documentation of enterprise-wide procurement processes.
• Create Power BI and Excel reports for management decision making.
• Deploy training plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve end-to-end supply chain.
