Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join the Cabin Tower’s Procurement Team, supporting Sustaining and Advanced Engineering programs. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, and suppliers worldwide to identify supplier solutions, negotiate agreements, drive cost competitiveness, and ensure launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year procurement experience, or Master’s degree with no experience.
  • OR 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering and Category Management to support new product development and advanced engineering initiatives.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and develop sourcing recommendations to optimize quality, delivery, innovation, and total cost.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements including piece price, tooling, packaging, and supplier investments.
  • Participate in cross-functional program reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex supply chain and product development challenges.
  • Present sourcing strategies and business recommendations to leadership teams.

Position Overview

International Motors is seeking a driven, analytical, and collaborative Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement Team within the Cabin Tower, supporting Sustaining and Advanced Engineering programs.

In this role, you will work alongside Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, and suppliers around the world to bring new products to market. You will help identify innovative supplier solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, drive cost competitiveness, and ensure critical programs launch successfully.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience.
  • OR Master’s degree and no experience.
  • OR At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
