Four Pillars Talent is hiring a Business Transformation Senior Consultant in Greater Columbus, Ohio. This onsite, full-time role focuses on improving business operations through hands-on transformation work across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, S&OP, and new product introduction.

You will lead projects end-to-end, partnering with leaders and IT to implement changes, measure impact, and drive lasting improvements in a fast-paced internal consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement, project management, business transformation, or related areas (typically 4+ years).
• Knowledge of major business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, S&OP, new product introduction).
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data-driven decisions.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; SAP/Oracle/Power BI/JIRA experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects from discovery through implementation.
• Map current workflows, handoffs, and pain points; facilitate sessions.
• Build project plans, manage milestones, and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT on process changes and system improvements.
• Use data to prioritize opportunities, track progress, and demonstrate benefits.
• Help teams adopt new processes through communication, documentation, and training.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate work and keep leaders updated.
