Job summary

Draslovka Mining Solutions in Memphis, TN seeks a Sr Process Technology Engineer to lead the technical vision for sodium cyanide production. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to drive process development, safety, and efficiency at the Memphis plant and globally.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Technology Manager, you will guide major capital projects, mentor technical staff, and integrate process improvements with business objectives while ensuring compliance with process safety

Qualifications

BS or MS in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering required.
10 years of technical and/or production experience in chemical facilities.
Knowledge of solids/liquid separation and solids handling.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex projects.
Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement new sodium cyanide technologies to improve site and corporate performance.
Lead major capital projects, including scope, data development, oversight, and startup at mining solutions plants.
Provide technical leadership to improve process safety, reliability and productivity of cyanide technologies.
Mentor Manufacturing Technical team members and collaborate with external technical sales for strategic growth.
