Job summary

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Environmental, Safety, R&D, and global teams to drive plant performance and growth. The role requires a chemical engineering degree, hands-on experience in a PSM-regulated environment, and a track record of solving complex process issues.

Qualifications

• Chemical engineering degree or related discipline required.
• 1–2 years' experience in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support process improvements to enhance safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership for major capital projects from design to startup.
• Analyze plant data to improve process capability, yields, and costs.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and develop sustainable solutions.
• Support MOC activities and Process Safety Management documentation.
• Coordinate plant trials, product introductions, and technology implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business, environmental, and safety goals.
