Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to contribute to the production of drug substances and active biological ingredients at our Andover, MA facility. You will follow GMP-compliant procedures, operate standard manufacturing equipment, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to meet production schedules.

This on-site role requires strong problem-solving, documentation accuracy, and the ability to follow detailed SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Basic understanding of GMP.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a structured environment.
• Capability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and reporting systems.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise

The salary for this position ranges from $26.86 to $44.77 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
