St. Director - Process Translation & Execution
We are partnering with a global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, actively seeking an experienced Sr. Director for Process Translation & Execution.
The Senior Director of Process Translation and Execution is responsible for leading the site's function across small molecule, hybrid, biologics, and lab operations, ensuring it has the capacity, capability, and leadership to achieve the this company's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Site Strategy and Execution: Drive the site's technical agenda and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making across operations.
- Oversee Process Development: Manage end-to-end process translation and execution, ensuring readiness for clinical and non-clinical production while maintaining compliance.
- Foster Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external partners to support innovation and seamless project transfers.
- Develop Talent and Resources: Mentor future leaders, support team growth, and ensure the function has the tools and infrastructure to succeed.
Key Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Degree in a science or engineering field with 8+ years in pharma development or manufacturing, including 3+ years leading teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of cGMP, process operations, and analytical problem-solving.
- Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence across teams and stakeholders.
- Agility & Communication: Adaptable, results-driven, and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments.
