Job summary

Caturus seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead FEED process safety deliverables, shaping the PSID philosophy and contributing to risk reviews for LNG facilities. The role emphasizes safety culture, compliance, and technical mentorship across project teams.

The candidate will support the design phase, ensure regulatory alignment, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain PSI and drive continuous safety improvements on the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience as a Process Safety Engineer.
• LNG experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate PHAs (HAZOPs, LOPA) to identify hazards.
• Develop risk control solutions and maintain risk registers.
• Support MOC and PSSR to ensure process integrity.
• Lead investigations of process safety events and implement corrective actions.
• Provide engineering input during design to ensure safety compliance.
• Promote process safety culture and monitor KPIs.
