A leading logistics company seeks a Process Excellence Manager to enhance operational performance in the Greater China area. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years' experience in Supply Chain and Lean Management with a Black Belt certification. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for championing process excellence methodology and driving area operation excellence across Ocean and Logistics products. The desired outcome is to improve Process Standardization (PSI) and Process Automation (PAI) in Greater China area.
• Design and facilitate Kaizen workshop cross clients and products to drive for process excellence.
• Open and constructively challenge the status quo for non-value adding activities.
• Identity current process and/or CX & Execution Gaps, propose and implement solutions to improve CX & Execution outcomes across assigned business area.
• Co-create or facilitate TIP(Tactical Implementation Plan) with quantifiable savings in operation cost.
• Improve lean capability of the organization, promote continuous improvement mindset via application of Lean/6 Sigma/OPEX tools.
  

Who We are Looking for:

• 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in Lean and Project Management with Black belt certificate.
• Ability to design and facilitate Kaizen workshop to identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in leading platform implementation and digital transformation
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, good at senior stakeholder management and communication skill.
• Change management - ability to drive changes, adoption, training, and compliance to standard processes.
• Highly analytical skills, strong problem-solving capability, and reasoning abilities to deal with a variety of problems and come up with creative solutions.
• Solid Lean Trainer for improving organization’s lean maturity level
• Passion for quick learning and adapting in a fast-paced agile global environment and matrix organization.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
