Responsibilities

• Leads process improvement efforts; coordinates planning and implementation. Takes responsibility for and provides guidance on handling of complex or novel issues. Delegates work commensurate with knowledge, skill and experience.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with efforts to ensure a culture of continuous improvement. Provides mentoring and monitoring on staff performance.
• Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives. Assists with coordinating services and promoting situational decision-making/problem solving.
• Assists in development, implementation, and evaluation of documentation to support processes, education and tip sheets. Assists with departmental policies and procedures.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
