Job summary
Tricore Industrial Measurement Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Designer with 10+ years of experience in process and environmental analyzer system design for oil and gas refineries and chemical plants. The role emphasizes leading design teams, reviewing P&IDs, and producing detailed electrical and tubing layouts.
You will work with AutoCAD, MicroStation, CADWORX, and related tools, and collaborate with clients while adhering to safety policies and project schedules.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Process and Environmental Analyzer System Design for Oil and Gas Refineries and Chemical plants.
- Proficient with 2D AutoCAD, MicroStation, CADWORX; Excel; familiarity with SmartSketch and Access.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate small design teams in daily tasks.
- Review P&ID’s, interlock/motor schematics, wiring diagrams, loops, I/O loading.
- Create Junction Boxes, Marshalling Panels, Analyzer Shelters and Field Cabinets with BOM.
- Develop probe and bundle design drawings and sample system designs.
- Generate electrical and tubing utility design packages and installation details.
