Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical manufacturing experience with process ownership or technical leadership.
- AS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Strong MS Excel and statistical analysis knowledge.
- Proven technical writing, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Independent work style with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Own and monitor processes on roll-coating platforms; set monitoring standards.
- Lead cross-shift troubleshooting and root-cause investigations.
- Develop data analysis tools; design studies and report findings.
- Author work instructions and SOPs; own process documentation.
- Drive QMS, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects and train technicians.
- Support engineering projects including PFMEAs and CAPAs.
- Ensure safety and calibration of measurement equipment.
