Job summary

Acloché LLC in Austin, TX, is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead a seasoned team of engineers and technicians. You’ll guide development projects from design into production, driving design transfer both in-house and with suppliers.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic process improvements and quality-system ownership. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, 10+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, and 3+ years of team leadership,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
10+ years in process or manufacturing engineering.
3+ years managing an engineering team.
Hands-on with CMMs, vision systems and profilometers.
Strong GD&T and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Serve as primary process and manufacturing expert on cross-functional teams.
Drive design transfer of new products into production, in-house and with suppliers.
Provide DFM input and communicate process capabilities to design teams.
Manage CAPA, project management and quality system deliverables.
Plan technical reviews and oversee development builds.
