Job summary

Peraton is looking for a Development Support Process Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. This full-time position requires supporting a large multi-organizational agile software development project.

The role demands extensive experience in process improvement, agile development, and strong communication skills, along with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph that is less than 10 years old.
• Five years' experience in facilitation, training, and methodology development.

Responsibilities

• Support customer Program Management Office overseeing a large agile software development project.
• Provide process engineering support to plan and execute systems engineering processes.
