Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line process engineer or support for small molecule API manufacturing operations.
• Support qualification of equipment and process systems, including design reviews.
• Maintain process knowledge artifacts and understand equipment impact on parameters.
• Apply statistical thinking to monitor performance, bottlenecks, and downtime.
• Support tech transfer and cross-functional team collaborations during startup.
• Ensure compliance with Engineering Design Standards and Safety standards.
• Provide on-floor presence for fundamental engineering activities and decision making.
