Job summary
Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot issues, and generate technical documentation.
You will collaborate with R&D teams and vendors, mentor engineers, and engage customers to resolve complex process challenges, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7–10 years of related experience.
- Expertise in process engineering and data analysis.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Experience with hardware characterization and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, collect data, analyze, and report on complex process experiments for multiple products.
- Characterize hardware and develop process engineering specifications.
- Develop and execute process projects within safety guidelines.
- Train engineers in measurement techniques and data interpretation.
- Engage with customers to resolve process-related issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers on new technologies.
- Lead teams or projects as needed.
