Seasats designs and deploys unmanned surface vessels that operate at sea for months. This Senior Process Engineer role owns manufacturing processes, documentation, and data to turn proven designs into repeatable, high-quality builds.

You will shape routings, SOPs, and process controls for scalable production in a fast-growing startup. You’ll work with MES/ERP/PLM systems, analyze cycle time and yield data, and lead root-cause analyses to prevent defects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with MES/ERP/PLM systems for routing/docs.
• Proficient in analyzing manufacturing data (Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
• Comfortable in a startup environment and building solid foundations.
• Works fast, adapts, and thrives in a high-growth culture.
• Willing to share knowledge without formal mentoring responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, operation sequences, and routings in MES.
• Translate drawings, GD&T, and BOMs into clear work instructions and SOPs for production.
• Identify and implement process controls to verify requirements and screen failures.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvements.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective/preventive actions on non-conformances.
• Own process transition from prototype through NPI to full-rate production with cross-functional teams.
