Job summary

FrieslandCampina in the United States is seeking a Process Engineer responsible for manufacturing facility process improvement, capex and project management. You will coach and mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional improvements.

Responsibilities include initiating improvements, planning, executing, and closing projects, managing risks, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 2 years' experience or Master's with applicable internship in Process Improvement implementation.
• Degrees in Mechanical, Industrial or Project Engineering or related field.
• Food Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collect ideas, business requirements and define project objectives within PM guidelines.
• Plan and budget process improvement initiatives including resourcing and risk mitigation.
• Execute project, coordinate team activities, monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers, manage stakeholder expectations.
• Deliver project results to line management and implement improvements in production.
• Maintain documentation in a cGMP environment and ensure compliance.
