Qualifications

  • Minimum a Master’s degree in a related field and several years of process engineering experience.
  • Strong background in metrology and lithography for photonic integrated circuits.
  • Experience with data analysis, SPC, and DOE methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes for thin film lithium niobate PICs.
  • Drive process integration and yield improvements across the manufacturing flow.
  • Collaborate with design and measurement teams to ensure high quality PICs.
  • Troubleshoot deviations, contamination, and process issues with corrective actions.
  • Support high priority customer projects throughout design, fabrication, and testing phases.
