Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical batch plant.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chemical Development, Production, and Quality to ensure product transfer and process implementation.
• Train production personnel on manufacturing processes and SOPs.
• Provide input on manufacturing costs and monitor actual costs for assigned products.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities and trend processes for continuous improvement.
• Lead capital projects and investigations related to products/processes as needed.
