Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to design and implement manufacturing processes and supporting utilities from development to commercial production in pharmaceutical settings. You will develop PFDs, material and energy balances, and P&IDs (preferably in AutoCAD), assess utility needs, and support project teams with process simulations and CIP/SIP standards.

• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience with at least 5 years in process design, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledge of cGMPs as they affect process design and equipment specification.
• Willingness to travel based on project location.

Responsibilities

• Produce Process Flow Diagrams and Material & Energy Balances.
• Estimate utility requirements and design utility systems.
• Create P&IDs with controls strategy and CIP/SIP.
• Develop specifications and data sheets for equipment.
• Support design team and project execution across phases.
• Build relationships with clients and IPS team.
