IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to design and implement manufacturing processes and supporting utilities for pharmaceutical facilities ranging from pilot plants to commercial production.
The role requires deep process design expertise, ability to develop PFDs, P&IDs, and utility calculations, and collaboration with IPS design teams on complex projects. Travel is project-based and safety-sensitive work is involved.
The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes and supporting utilities on a scale that can range from developmental pilot plant to full commercial production. Ideally, the candidate has process design and operations experience in pharmaceutical facilities, which could include Biologic, Vaccine, API (organic synthesis), oral (OSD) and parenteral (Aseptic) drug products.
