Novaris Search Limited is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive operational excellence across the manufacturing facility in New York. You will identify bottlenecks, lead improvement programs, and partner with production management to scale operations with measurable results.

The role requires a hands-on, data‑driven mindset, experience in personal care or food manufacturing, and familiarity with lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks across lines.
• Analyze line performance data, throughput, efficiency metrics, and OEE to inform optimization.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead root-cause analysis on production issues and coordinate solutions with maintenance, production, and quality teams.
• Design and optimize SOPs and work instructions for consistent execution.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide technical support to floor teams.
• Support process validation, scale-up activities, and new product line implementation.
• Collaborate on capital projects and equipment upgrades aligned with improvement goals.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across processes.
• Maintain documentation, process metrics, and improvement tracking for strategic planning.

Position Overview

The Senior Process Engineer will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility. This is a key strategic role suited to someone with a hands-on, analytical mindset who can identify inefficiencies, diagnose operational pain points, and implement meaningful process improvements that deliver measurable results.

You will partner closely with Production Management and floor teams to assess performance, eliminate bottlenecks, and help shape the operational foundation for the business as it scales. This role offers genuine visibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed operational assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across production lines
• Analyze line performance data, throughput, efficiency metrics, and overall equipment effectiveness to inform process optimization
• Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Lead root-cause analysis on production issues and coordinate solutions with maintenance, production, and quality teams
• Design and optimize standard operating procedures and work instructions to support consistent execution
• Troubleshoot complex operational challenges and provide technical support to production supervisors and floor teams
• Support process validation, scale-up activities, and new product line implementation
• Collaborate on capital projects and equipment upgrades that align with operational improvement goals
• Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements across processes
• Maintain documentation, process metrics, and improvement tracking to support continuous monitoring and strategic planning
