• 5–10 years of plant operations experience in batch or continuous environments.
• Proven leadership skills with cross‑functional influence.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Skills in designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes.
• Strong data analysis using scientific methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve existing processes and workflows.
• Design, implement, and test new procedures to boost productivity and quality.
• Support capital projects and coordinate with external firms when needed.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and apply corrective actions.
