BD is a global medical technology leader committed to advancing health. We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to be the SME for core processes at the El Paso site, driving Lean initiatives, OEE improvements, and process validation in a regulated environment.

You will coach engineers and operators, optimize material flow, and develop robust documentation to ensure compliant, efficient production. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3 years medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with FDA regulations and GMP/compliance.
• Strong problem‑solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned manufacturing processes.
• Coach and mentor Process Engineers, Technicians, and Operators.
• Lead OEE tracking across manufacturing lines and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and specs.
• Lead validation activities in compliance with FDA and QMS requirements.
• Support CAPEX projects, equipment validation, and start‑up activities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional problem solving using DMAIC, RCA, and 5‑Why.
