Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure successful product launches and ongoing manufacturing stability.

The role emphasizes qualification, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), data-driven improvements, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance to meet performance and compliance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience OR Master’s with 2+ years OR PhD with 0 years.
• Experience applying statistical methods to design experiments and drive process improvements.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in manufacturing or engineering contexts.
• Experience using Minitab for data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing of sutures, including polymer development and extrusion processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects to achieve technical, operational, and financial objectives.
• Provide technical guidance for qualification, validation, troubleshooting, and training of processes and equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve process capability and manufacturing efficiency using data analysis.
• Support new product development, quality improvements, and capital equipment projects.
