Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing/ process engineering in high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated project leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Final manufacturing process technology and specifications.
• Lead process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Plan and evaluate manufacturing trials and process validation activities.
• Support new product introductions and transfer activities.
• Provide technical training to operators and supervisors.
