Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years’ progressive experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of process safety principles and PHA/LOPA/MOC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of complex process engineering solutions for safe, reliable manufacturing.
• Provide expert consultation to resolve production and operational challenges to improve plant performance.
• Lead process safety initiatives, including MOC activities, PHA participation, and incident investigations.
• Analyze process and asset data to identify safety, reliability, yield, and efficiency improvements.
• Support capital projects, plant start-ups, and cross-functional process improvements.
