ScottsMiracle-Gro seeks a Senior Process Engineer for its Supply Chain team at the Marysville, OH plant. You will provide technical support for multiple facilities, lead problem-solving efforts, and drive continuous improvement across packaging and process operations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, capital project execution, and development of equipment documentation and training materials. Base salary is competitive with incentives and regional factors.

Formación

• B.S. in Engineering (Packaging, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years operating in a manufacturing environment with reliability improvements.
• Strong leadership skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record for leading large-scale capital projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and unit operations.
• Experience with Lean, TPM, RCA, SMED, and process centerlines.
• Statistics, process measurement and control.
• Change management and PC-based software proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical liaison across production, maintenance, operations leadership and corporate engineering.
• Develop technical mastery for key manufacturing equipment (process and packaging).
• Create and maintain equipment documentation including centerlines, maintenance standards and training materials.
• Develop and deliver technical training for various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and reduce costs.
• Diagnose problems using root cause analysis tools and implement solutions.
• Identify loss themes and implement improvement measures across facilities.
• Partner with Plant Managers to execute manufacturing improvement plans.
• Lead reliability project efforts and drive changeover standards.
• Champion manufacturing variation reduction through data analysis and implementation.
