Job summary

Venture Global LNG seeks a Lead Process Engineer to join the site engineering team in Houston, Texas. The role is to own process technical authority, manage MOC/HAZOP signoffs, and support commissioning and startup activities on site.

The position requires a PE license or equivalent, a BS in Chemical Engineering, 10+ years LNG process experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with process software such as HYSYS/Aspen Plus; TWIC card is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of experience as a Senior Process Engineer in LNG.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience from conceptual design to startup and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Process MOC/HAZOP signoff.
• Site process technical authority.
• Maintain master P&ID redline register and availability to site/operations personnel.
• Provide technical input to commissioning activities and planning.
• Provide input to weekly site engineering report.
