Job summary

ABGi USA is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process engineering from concept through detailed design across chemical, petrochemical, refining, and industrial sectors. You will develop heat and material balances, PFDs and P&IDs, and perform simulations and hydraulic calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 8+ years of process engineering experience in EPC/consulting/industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, and process design packages.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Experience with HYSYS, Aspen HYSYS or PROII.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering from concept through detailed design.
• Develop heat and material balances, PFDs, and P&IDs.
• Perform process simulations and hydraulic calculations.
• Design and validate relief systems and support process safety initiatives.
