Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer in Minnesota to apply advanced engineering principles across broad assignments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define extrusion tooling, develop and validate extrusion processes, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred.
• Experience producing single lumen, multi-lumen, and vacuum sized polymer tubing.
• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills (6-Sigma, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish extrusion tooling and equipment requirements.
• Develop, characterize and validate extrusion processes to meet part specs.
• Provide technical extrusion guidance to R&D and Production Operations.
• Lead extrusion tooling development, commissioning and qualifications.
• Ensure adherence to QMS, FDA regulations, safety and quality requirements.
• Identify and procure new equipment and technology of significant scope.
• Create specifications, protocols, reports, and work instructions.
• Plan and lead engineering projects with high impact; mentor junior engineers.
• Occasional travel may be required.
