Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer for its Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody manufacturing facility. You will support design, operation, control, and optimization of technical processes, acting as SME for processes and equipment and driving data-driven improvements.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, participate in CAPA activities, and engage in CQV for local and major capital projects, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver results in cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering solutions for process and equipment issues and support on-floor troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP) and maintain equipment qualification.
• Use data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and lead capital project support (CQV).
• Develop and review critical documentation such as URS, P&IDs, and PFDs.
• Support safety and risk assessments and collaborate across functions to maximize project value.
