• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Jest-based applications
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs powering core InnovateLab products
• Sketch Cypress sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools
