Terrestrial Bio, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on role in cGMP manufacturing and product development of our MAP platform. You will operate assembly and testing equipment, execute batch records, and perform in-process testing to keep production in spec. Opportunities exist in R&D for prototyping and method development.
The role involves working with medical device components, lot records, and collaboration across teams. Onsite 5 days/week with relocation to Allston planned for Q4 2026.
Terrestrial is transforming the delivery of next-generation therapies, starting with GLP-1.
Terrestrial's proprietary Tacterra™ microarray patch (MAP) and applicator platform consists of a patch resembling an adhesive bandage, which is applied with a preloaded applicator and removed after a few minutes. Once applied, each patch delivers bioactive tips into the skin, which dissolve quickly into the body, rapidly releasing their therapeutic payload. Designed for self-administration, the temperature-stable Tacterra™ platform enables precise, controlled delivery of a wide range of therapeutics without medical sharps or refrigeration. Terrestrial has generated strong clinical and in vivo proof of concept across multiple molecules. For more information, visit www.terrestrialbio.com.
This is a direct, hands-on seat in cGMP manufacturing and product development of combination products - you'll be the one operating the equipment and executing the batch records that turn our platform into product. You'll work with real medical device components and assembly equipment, run the in-process testing that keeps production in spec, and see your work move straight into the pipeline. It's a strong entry point into regulated biotech manufacturing, with room to grow as the operation scales. There are also opportunities in Research and Development, such as prototyping, test method development, design control, and conducting experiments to support design and development of next generation combination products.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
At Terrestrial, we're bringing together exceptional talent to drive our product development forward. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a dynamic work environment. We aim to recruit, employ, train, compensate and promote regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.
