• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Management, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering role.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Design Engineering during new product development to provide manufacturability input and determine process changes.
• Research, develop, and implement manufacturing process improvements for new products, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes and equipment and adopting emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process data within the ERP system (routings, work centers, labor standards, material usage).
• Conduct time studies, prototype builds, and process validations to establish accurate standards.
• Research, plan, and implement automation solutions to improve productivity, quality, and safety with ROI focus.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to optimize products for automation and lead integration into manufacturing.
• Develop CAPEX business cases with cost analysis, ROI, timelines, supplier selection, and implementation plans.
• Lead process improvement studies and experiments to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate process trials for new products, equipment, and process changes for production readiness.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Tooling, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve challenges.
• Research new manufacturing methods and best practices to mitigate risks and gain competitiveness.
• Develop training materials and standard work instructions; train operators on new equipment and processes.
