Job summary

ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGIES in Brandon, SD is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement across the plant, partnering with multi-functional teams to optimize processes and products.

You will lead risk assessments, implement change management programs, mentor engineers, and help ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met while delivering measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred (Electrical or Industrial Engineers will be considered).
• Minimum 5-10+ years of engineering experience in PM, Process, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering in semiconductor packaging or chemical processing; or equivalent.
• Mixing, coating, converting and punch press experience desired.
• Certified Quality Engineer by ASQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects across multiple functions, internal and external to the plant.
• Complete 8D process and reports to troubleshoot and resolve complaints, failures and plant issues.
• Design and coordinate change management activities (PWP, FWP and Implementation).
• Mentor/train engineers and technicians.
• Lead audits with vendors, customers, internal teams and certifications.
• Perform risk assessments (HAZOP, JSA, MOC, etc.).
• Present metrics and reports to management and external customers.
• Champion and adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental standards.
