Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process optimization, formulation development, and continuous improvement in a high-volume rubber compounding environment in Cleveland, OH. You will enhance product consistency, reduce variability, and support production, quality, and R&D teams.

Responsibilities include optimizing mixing processes, developing formulations, analyzing production data, and promoting Lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or Chemistry.
• Experience with rubber compounding, mixing, molding, extrusion, and curing processes.
• Knowledge of polymers, formulation ingredients, and quality testing methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SPC and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across operations, quality, R&D, and customer-facing teams.
