Job summary

Intepros seeks a hands-on Senior Process Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team in Beloit, Wisconsin. The role focuses on process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, commissioning, and capital projects in a plant-floor environment.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred) and 7+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience; food or beverage manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience.
• Experience with fluid processing systems and equipment.
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of process safety and risk assessment.
• Experience with commissioning of equipment and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives on the plant floor.
• Troubleshoot and commission manufacturing equipment.
• Manage capital projects from conception to commissioning.
• Apply process safety and risk assessment practices in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience, with strong expertise in fluid processing systems, including heating, cooling, blending, filtration, and material transfer. This role will focus on process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, commissioning, continuous improvement, and capital projects in a plant-floor environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred
• 7+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with fluid processing and manufacturing equipment
• Experience with equipment modifications, installations, and commissioning
• Strong process optimization and continuous improvement background
• Knowledge of process safety and risk assessment

Food or beverage manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
