ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Beaumont, TX to lead mid- to large-scale process development and commercialization projects from concept to execution. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of process engineering experience OR 2–3 years in a senior-level role.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and implementation of improvements.
• Experience in hazardous waste or related industries preferred.
• Proven experience leading large capital projects and/or supervising teams.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- to large-scale process development and commercialization projects from concept through execution.
• Drive implementation of new technologies and high-complexity improvements to existing incineration systems.
• Oversee daily processing plans and provide technical leadership to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Identify production challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective solutions.
• Develop project justifications, including ROI analysis and commercialization strategies.
• Manage project scope, cost, staffing, and timelines using strong project management practices.
• Lead critical safety and compliance processes including MOCs, PHAs, and PSSRs.
• Provide expert technical support to operations, maintenance, and performance teams.
• Optimize waste stream processing and incineration feed strategies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and safety regulations.
• Mentor team members, provide performance feedback, and reinforce a strong safety culture.
• Support business growth through market analysis and identification of new revenue opportunities.

Pay Range: $140-155k Base Salary, Plus Bonus would keep at $175-180k along with a competitive benefits package
