Job summary

ProQuality Network is seeking experienced Senior Process Development Scientists to independently conceive, design, implement, and advance scientific experiments supporting projects and technical objectives.

Selected professionals will provide advanced data analysis, experimental design, and project leadership, with ability to work independently in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD/MD with postdoctoral experience, where applicable.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant scientific experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant scientific experience.
• Experience in sterile drug product manufacturing and aseptic processing.
• Strong GMP knowledge and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and conduct experiments to advance projects and processes.
• Provide advanced data analysis and interpretation of results.
• Develop new experimental designs, protocols, and approaches.
• Collaborate across departments and external partners as needed.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and investigations.

Education
