Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Process Design Lead to support process design, optimization, and implementation efforts across the Sales, Credit & Servicing Center of Excellence.

This role will focus on driving business process transformation and operational excellence across key platforms including Salesforce, nCino, Zafin and PrecisionLender. The role will collaborate across business lines and functional areas to assess current-state processes, design future-state, influence best practices and recommend innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability and user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of building partnerships and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document processes using industry-standard methodologies
  • Develop future-state process models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize efficiencies and align processes to strategic objectives
  • Gather requirements from business lines ensuring process changes align to business needs
  • Translate business requirements into actionable process improvements
  • Support platform enhancements that impact process execution and partner closely with product owners to drive delivery
  • Gather feedback and iterate processes based on user experience
  • Ensure processes align with regulatory, compliance and industry best practices
  • Recommend and drive continuous improvements to optimize efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with key partners to align on expectations and resolve conflicts

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically has six or more years of related work experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Salesforce and nCino knowledge preferred
  • Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
