Job summary
J.M. Huber Corporation is seeking a Sr. Process Control Engineer to improve plant capacity, efficiency, and safety at the Cal Carb Plants. The role is onsite 5 days/week in Marble Hill, GA, US with relocation support for eligible candidates.
Ideal candidates hold a 4-year engineering degree and 7+ years of process control experience in manufacturing, including PLCs such as Allen Bradley and tools like HMI systems. Travel up to 20% may be required; relocation is available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- 7+ years of process control experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, ControlLogix 5000, and HMI systems.
- Proficient in ladder logic, instrumentation schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Travel up to 20% of time to support other CalCarb plants.
Responsibilities
- Develop process control methods and programming for existing processes.
- Support capital projects and manufacturing expansions.
- Manage projects and supervise subcontractors.
- Troubleshoot process control issues with plant personnel.
- Evaluate new process control technologies.
