Chevron is seeking a Process Control Engineer to design, implement, and maintain multivariable control applications (DMC3, GDOT) and supporting systems to optimize refinery performance. Responsibilities include tuning control loops, alarm management, and supporting Honeywell DCS and Experion platforms.

Collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, and Technical teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering and 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing process control engineering experience.
• Familiarity with petroleum refining processes.
• Familiarity with basic/advanced multivariable process control and DCS (Honeywell TPS and Experion C300).
• Strong oral and written communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Implement, deploy, and maintain multivariable process control applications.
• Implement and maintain basic and advanced regulatory process control strategies.
• Provide alarm management support and optimize alarm performance.
• Provide daily process control support for console operators.
• Collaborate to ensure network and security compliance for control systems.
• Identify and resolve control performance issues across related disciplines.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability, profitability, and operability.
• Train refinery personnel on process control applications and systems.
