Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Process CADD/BIM Designer to create models, drawings and BIM systems for municipal and industrial water projects, providing accurate design data for local and national initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with CAD Designers, Engineers and PMs to develop sketches, 3D models and construction documents using Revit, Plant 3D and AutoCAD, with minimal supervision and a strong emphasis on detail.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience using Revit/Plant 3d and AutoCAD for water market-related designs.
• Associate degree in drafting or design from an accredited institution.
• Familiarity with central and local project files and translating instructions into models/drawings.
• Experience with process piping, pumping, valve assemblies in municipal projects.

Responsibilities

• Create models, drawings and BIM systems for municipal and industrial water projects.
• Develop sketches, models, drawings and construction documents.
• Collaborate with CAD Designers, Engineers, PMs to ensure design accuracy.
