• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice or closely related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in probation/parole supervision or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Meet regularly with offenders to review compliance and progress, including families and treatment providers.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to reduce criminal behavior and coordinate services.
• Complete required documentation for related agencies.
• Review past records and complete case histories and risk assessments.
• Assist in locating and handling offenders in parole violations and prepare summaries for court.
• Attend mandatory training and maintain up-to-date computer proficiency.
• Perform duties related to Megan’s Law and state DNA requirements.
