The candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be an active CA Bar member. Base salary ranges from $190,000 to $250,000+ with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and trust administration.
• Active CA Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong Ventura County roots and local connections required.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-service abilities.
• Tax LL.M. is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning, trusts, and wealth planning.
• Draft wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters.
• Support related corporate and real estate work as needed.
• Build lasting client relationships.
