Job summary

Shain Associates is seeking a senior information security leader to drive the privileged access management program. You will oversee policy development, onboarding of privileged accounts, and integration with identity governance across platforms.

You will lead certification campaigns, monitor security posture, and automate processes while leveraging AI-assisted tooling to improve accuracy and efficiency. Strong cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of information security experience with IAM and privileged access focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PAM lifecycle, vaulting, sessions, least privilege, and secrets.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
• Experience with identity governance platforms (SailPoint, IdentityIQ, Saviynt).
• Understanding of AD, Entra ID, Windows/Linux, authentication and authorization tech.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
• Ability to analyze metrics, dashboards, and AI tools for decision support.
• Excellent analytics, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the PAM program.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, governance, and procedures.
• Onboard apps, privileged accounts, service accounts, and systems.
• Apply least privilege and segregation of duties across workflows.
• Lead certification campaigns and audit responses with evidence and remediation.
• Monitor health, posture, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Automate processes via scripting, APIs, and workflow improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation while validating outputs.
• Integrate PAM controls with identity governance, cloud security, and risk processes.
• Mentor team members and evaluate emerging capabilities to mature the program.
