Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience with high-net-worth clients.

• Track record in retaining and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for assigned client relationships; deliver comprehensive financial planning and portfolio reviews.
• Build new relationships through referrals, COIs, and targeted prospect development in Fairfield County.
• Translate client goals into actionable planning strategies (retirement, tax, estate, liquidity, business transitions).
• Coordinate with investment, planning, and operations teams to execute recommendations and maintain service standards.
• Document planning assumptions, risk profiles, and investment policy updates per firm procedures.
• Monitor portfolios; identify rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, and other adjustments.
