Job summary

JCW Group is assisting a local bank in Fairfield County with an established Wealth Management division to recruit a Wealth Advisor. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, targeting new assets of at least $1M per account.

You will work closely with planning experts, portfolio managers, and operations, and partner with business banking and mortgage teams to uncover new opportunities within the bank.

Qualifications

• Proven track record bringing in new clients & maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, ideally in an RIA or Banking setting.
• Certifications such as CFA, CFP, CTFA are preferred but not required; experience in trust & estate planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish new client relationships (typical minimum account size $1M).
• Manage existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with planning experts, portfolio managers, and operations.
• Cross-cell opportunities with other bank channels such as business banking and mortgage lending.
